The roster

Twenty-two clinicians, and a real way to narrow them down.

Most directories give you a wall of faces and a search box. This one lets you say what you are working on, how you would like to work, when you need to start and where — and tells you honestly when nothing matches.

Only clinicians who can actually take someone on appear in the roster below; the rest of the team is full this term. Waits are reviewed every Monday and this page is updated the same day.

Before anyone appears here

How a clinician gets onto this page, and what keeps them on it.

A directory is only worth the vetting behind it. Ours is four steps, they are the same for everybody, and nobody is listed while any of them is outstanding.

  1. Licence and insurance verifiedChecked at source with the issuing board, not taken on a CV, and re-checked at every renewal date.
  2. A clinical interview with two partnersTwo hours, including a real case discussion. We are listening for how someone thinks when they are unsure, not for a polished answer.
  3. Supervision on a fixed cadenceWeekly for associates, fortnightly for licensed clinicians, in one of three clinical meetings. It happens on the calendar, not when somebody remembers.
  4. The standing right to say noAny clinician can decline a referral as a bad fit without justifying it to anyone. That is what makes the availability on this page mean something.

If the filters are not enough

Tell us the practical constraints and a person will do the matching.

Sometimes the thing that decides the match is not clinical at all — it is a shift pattern, a bus route, a language, or wanting to avoid someone you already know socially. Send us that and one of our intake team will come back within two working days with two or three names and why.

  • You send the constraintsLogistics and preferences only. Times you can make, in person or online, budget, anything you would rather avoid.
  • A person reads itNot a scoring algorithm. Our intake coordinator reads it against the roster and the current waits.
  • You get two or three namesWith a sentence on why each one, and a free twenty-minute call with whichever you want to try first.

Ask for a match

Please do not describe symptoms, a diagnosis or anything clinical in this form. It is an ordinary web form, it is not a medical record, and we do not want that information here. The clinical conversation happens in the consultation, where it belongs.

One-to-one is not the only door. Eleven groups run each term, most of them cheaper than a weekly hour.
