Groups & workshops

Eleven rooms a week where nobody has to explain themselves from scratch.

A group is not the cheap version of therapy. It is a different instrument — you hear how other people manage the thing you are managing, and you practise being known by more than one person at a time. Most of ours cost less than a weekly hour, and every one of them is facilitated by a clinician from the roster.

Every group, in full

Each one says who it is for, who it is not for, and what happens in a session. If you are between two, say so in an enquiry and the facilitator will tell you which.
