For clinicians

The training we wished existed when we were starting groups.

Thornfield runs continuing-education days for therapists outside the practice — group facilitation, working with late-diagnosed adults, and stabilisation skills for group settings. Small cohorts, real supervision-style practice, and CE hours that your board will accept.

Taught by people still doing the work

Every faculty member on this page runs a group at Thornfield this term. Nothing here is taught from a curriculum somebody wrote a decade ago and has not tested since — the case material is current, anonymised, and messier than a textbook.

Sixteen people, not sixty

You practise facilitating in front of the group and you get named feedback. That does not scale, so we do not scale it.

CE hours your board accepts

Approved for LPC, LMFT, LCSW and psychologist renewal in Oregon and Washington. Certificates are issued the same week.

A consultation group afterwards

Every attendee is offered a place in the monthly online consultation group, which is where most of the learning actually lands.

Monthly consultation group

Ninety minutes online on the first Friday, $65 a month, open to anyone who has attended a training day. Bring a group you are stuck with.

Reserve a place

Places are confirmed on payment and transferable to a colleague at any point up to a week before. Cancellations more than 28 days out are refunded in full.

Checkout is not connected yet

This template ships with Estage's native order form in place but without products attached to it. Open Settings → Order Form in the builder, add your courses and payment keys, then switch “Checkout live” on in Live Controls to replace this panel with the real form.

Until then, use the enquiry page — it is wired and it captures.

Training is one half of it. The consultation group, the reading and the people are the other half.
